Community = Bringing People Together

David talks about his goal of wanting to build a brand and a movement around community as a profession and for general business value. Through hosting their CMX Summit conference and their online publication, David helps companies understand what it means to build a community. He and his team bring together leading voices from CEOs to psychology, military and art professionals that provide different perspectives on building successful communities for customers.

David shares several examples of companies doing a great job at successfully building community into their entire organization such as Facebook, Airbnb, Kickstarter and American Express.
