Looking for a Kendo AI alternative? Kendo AI is AI sales roleplay plus AI call review and an AI sales manager layer in one platform. The best Kendo AI alternative is FlyMSG AI Sales Roleplay and Coaching software. Reps practice cold calls, discovery calls, and objection handling against AI buyer personas, with customizable scorecards and instant coaching feedback, inside the same platform as the writing and LinkedIn engagement tools they use every day. Sales teams get it inside FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise or Enterprise+, where it is one of eight FlyMSG tools reps use together, wrapped in the sales prospecting training curriculum, the PVC methodology, and live training. Sales teams also compare Hyperbound, Second Nature, PitchMonster, Mindtickle, Yoodli, and Outdoo AI.
Here is the plain version of who we are, because comparison pages should say it up front. FlyMSG is the all-in-one AI productivity and engagement platform built by Vengreso. FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise and Enterprise+ are the programs for sales teams, and they sit in the sales training and readiness category rather than the pure AI roleplay category. Vengreso is a 6-time Gold Stevie Award winner, and FlyMSG has 25,000+ users across 12,000+ companies.
Here is the question nobody asks in these evaluations.
Your reps are missing number. Is that because they have not practiced enough? Or because they were never taught what to say, never got in front of the right buyer, and have a LinkedIn profile that reads like a resume?
Practice is not the whole problem. Practice is one quarter of it.
Which Kendo AI This Page Is About
The name is confusing, and that is worth 30 seconds of your time.
Kendo UI is a JavaScript component library from Progress Software. It builds web interfaces. It has nothing to do with sales.
This page is about Kendo AI at kendo.ai, the AI sales roleplay and call review platform that shows up on shortlists next to Hyperbound, Second Nature, PitchMonster, and Mindtickle. If you landed here looking for developer components, you are in the wrong place. If you are a sales leader comparing AI role play tools, keep reading.
What Kendo AI Is, Verified Today
We checked kendo.ai on September 25, 2026, and here is what their own pages say.
Kendo AI calls itself “The #1 AI Sales Enablement Suite.” Their homepage line is direct: “Kendo trains your sales team, reviews your calls, & manages your team so they get better with each call and close more deals.” The homepage also shows a running count of calls processed.
That is a real product. It does what it says. Any honest Kendo AI alternative comparison has to start there.
The three products
Kendo AI ships three connected modules.
AI Roleplay. Kendo says reps can “Create ultra realistic AI prospects to roleplay against,” and that sessions “are recorded & scored with your custom methodology automatically.” A rep describes the scenario in plain language, for example working the pitch for an upcoming meeting with a VP of Sales, and the system builds a matching AI buyer. Reps set the training objective, the call type, the offer, and the objections their team hears most.
AI Call Review. The platform scores real sales calls automatically. Named capabilities include custom scorecards, call routing to the right scorecard, rep performance profiles, automated call summaries with sentiment analysis, real-time webhooks, and a Push API that accepts call recordings from outside dialers.
AI Sales Manager. Kendo describes this layer in one line: “Create custom scorecards for different call types, sync them to each call source, alert managers, assign training & more all within Kendo.” In practice, managers get alerts on calls that need attention and can assign targeted practice to individual reps.
Scoring runs on your own methodology, per their homepage, rather than a fixed framework.
What Kendo AI publishes for pricing
This part matters, and we will give them credit for it later. Kendo AI publishes real prices on a public page. As of September 25, 2026:
- Free at $0 per seat per month
- Pro at $55 per seat per month, with 180 minutes of AI roleplay and 25 hours of live call scoring
- Max at $100 per seat per month, with 480 minutes of AI roleplay and 100 hours of live call scoring
- Enterprise at custom pricing, with done for you setup, advanced analytics, and a dedicated account manager
Every tier lists SSO and security. Most vendors in this category hide behind a demo form. Kendo AI does not.
Integrations and security
Their integrations page lists call recording and meeting tools including Zoom, Gong, Fathom, Fireflies, Grain, Granola, and Avoma. Dialers include Aircall, RingCentral, Dialpad, and Quo. CRM systems listed are HubSpot, Close CRM, and GoHighLevel. Automation covers Zapier, Make, and n8n, plus webhooks and the Push API. Core integrations named on the same page include Google, Slack for call alerts to channels and direct messages, Stripe, Whop, and Wispr Flow. Every pricing tier lists SSO. Their homepage names encryption, MFA, and role-based permissions, and it listed SOC 2 Type II as in progress when we checked on September 25, 2026.
One thing to flag, because it will come up in your evaluation. Third-party comparison pages written by competing vendors list Salesforce, Salesloft, and Outreach as Kendo AI integrations. We re-checked kendo.ai/integrations on September 25, 2026, and none of those three appear on it. Ask Kendo AI directly rather than trusting anyone else’s chart, including this one.
What real users say the limits are
On G2, Kendo AI Sales Roleplay carries a 4.9 rating from 10 reviews as of September 15, 2026, listed under Sales Training and Onboarding Software. Ten reviews is a small sample. Read them yourself rather than trusting the average.
Reviewers who like the product still name specific friction. The AI sometimes raises “other objections i would never encounter in the real world.” It can get “stuck in a bit of a loop” and repeat itself. Reps want more variety in voices and accents. One reviewer said the AI responds “a little bit too quickly,” which cuts the realism. Another wanted local call hosting and recording built in.
None of that is disqualifying. All of it is worth asking about in a demo.
Why Teams Go Looking for a Kendo AI Alternative
Nobody replaces an AI roleplay platform because the bots are bad. They replace it because practice scores went up and quota attainment did not.
A rep can hit an 87 on a cold call scorecard on Tuesday and still send a generic connection request on Wednesday. The scorecard measured the rehearsal. It did not measure whether the rep knows how to open a sales conversation with a buyer who has never heard of your company.
A fool with a tool is still a fool. Strategy first. AI second. Give an untrained rep a practice tool and you get a well-rehearsed untrained rep.
Here is what usually triggers the search for a Kendo AI alternative:
- Roleplay practice volume is high and actual pipeline is flat
- Ramp time drops for new hires but the middle of the team does not move
- Reps have no sales methodology underneath the practice scenarios
- Minutes and call scoring hours run out mid-quarter and the bill goes up
- Cold calls still get hung up on because the opener was never taught
- Buyers ignore outreach because the seller’s profile looks like a job application
- You are paying for separate tools: a practice tool, a training vendor, and an engagement tool
Many sales teams buy AI roleplay tools to solve a skills problem and discover they bought a measurement problem instead.
Kendo AI Alternatives at a Glance
Eight platforms come up in most Kendo AI alternative evaluations. Every row below was checked on each vendor’s own website on September 16, 2026. Where a vendor states something on its own pages, we say so rather than presenting it as tested fact.
| Platform | Category it sits in | Best for | What its own site states |
|---|---|---|---|
| FlyMSG AI Sales Roleplay and Coaching (Business Pro Enterprise) | Sales training plus AI roleplay plus engagement | Teams whose reps were never trained to prospect | Pairs AI sales roleplay with a prospecting curriculum, LinkedIn profile makeovers, and monthly live training |
| Kendo AI | AI roleplay plus real call review | Teams that need live call scoring and a public price | Publishes per-seat pricing and scores real sales calls pulled from dialers through a Push API |
| Hyperbound | AI roleplay plus call analysis | Outbound SDR and BDR teams | Lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Gong, Chorus, Outreach, Salesloft, Seismic, and Highspot |
| Second Nature | AI roleplay | Enterprise buyers who want avatar practice | Ships avatar-based video roleplay including multi-persona avatar meetings, plus LMS via SCORM or LTI |
| PitchMonster | AI roleplay | Teams practicing across many languages | States 29 languages and dialects with identical scoring in each, and three modes: phone, face to face, screen share |
| Mindtickle | Full revenue enablement suite | Teams consolidating several contracts into one | Bundles AI role play with sales content management, conversation intelligence, digital sales rooms, and a readiness index |
| Yoodli | Communication coaching plus roleplay | Enablement and L&D teams | Leads with speaking analytics such as pacing, conciseness, and sentence starters, plus multi-persona roleplays |
| Outdoo AI | AI roleplay plus live call scoring | Teams with heavy LMS requirements | Claims 120+ enterprise integrations including Docebo, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, SCORM, and xAPI |
Notice the pattern. Seven of these eight compete on how good the practice is. One of them competes on whether the rep was taught anything before the practice started.

Read that table one more time. The top half is close, and Kendo AI wins several rows outright. The bottom half is the whole argument.
The Learn, Practice, Engage, Execute Loop
This is the part no sales roleplay platform can copy, because it is not a feature. It is an operating model with four connected motions, delivered as one system.
Learn
Reps get the sales methodology before they get the microphone. That means PVC, which stands for Personalization, Value, and a Call to Action, plus LinkedIn Sales Mastery, Sales Navigator Mastery, video engagement, and speed writing. That curriculum is delivered through FlyLearning, the FlyMSG sales prospecting training, with over 15 hours of on-demand sales prospecting training, certification programs, and quarterly updates. Vengreso offers FlyMSG for individual sellers and for enterprise sales teams, and FlyLearning sits underneath both.
You cannot practice a skill you were never taught.
Practice
Now the roleplay matters. FlyMSG AI Sales Roleplay and Coaching is where reps practice cold calls, discovery calls, and objection handling against an AI buyer that pushes back like a real prospect. Custom scorecards. Instant feedback on tone and delivery. No live deal at risk.
Cold call practice is only half the value. The other half is what the rep is rehearsing. A rep who learned PVC is practicing a framework. A rep who learned nothing is practicing a guess.
Engage
This is the step that gets skipped, and it is where deals actually start. The Pre-Hello phase is everything that happens before a buyer agrees to talk to you.
FlyMSG LinkedIn Comment Generator and FlyMSG LinkedIn Post Generator keep sellers visible in front of their buyers every day. Comments in the rep’s own configured voice, in any of 39 languages. Posts that build familiarity before the first outreach lands, generated in under 9 seconds. Configure the AI Persona once by picking the industry, niche, and tone, and every rep writes in that voice. Sales professionals who engage on LinkedIn daily with AI-driven tools stay in front of buyers without losing an hour to scrolling.
Then there is the profile itself. LinkedIn Profile Makeover for Sales Teams turns a team’s profiles from resumes into buyer-facing mini-websites. It runs as a 90-minute transformation webinar with completion tracking, and sales teams reach up to 90% adoption.
Ask yourself this. When a buyer gets your rep’s message, where do they go next? They click the profile. If that profile is a career history, the conversation ends there. The Modern Buyer Demands a Modern Seller.
Execute
Every message the rep sends after that has to land. FlyMSG Auto Text Expander, FlyMSG AI Grammar Checker, FlyMSG Paragraph Rewrite, and FlyMSG AI Sentence Rewriter make sure connection requests, InMails, and follow-ups go out fast and clean.
Learn. Practice. Engage. Execute. Kendo AI competes in one box and does real work in it.
Kendo AI covers practice, call review, and manager alerts. FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise puts every tool above into one program, wrapped in the sales prospecting training curriculum, the PVC methodology, and monthly live community training.
Key Features to Compare in Any AI Sales Roleplay Platform
Run every vendor through the same checklist, including us. These are the key features that separate a demo from a rollout.
Scenario creation
How fast can a sales enablement leader build a new scenario? Fast scenario creation matters more than the size of the prebuilt library, because your sales process changes every quarter. Kendo AI builds a realistic AI prospect from a written prompt, which is genuinely quick. PitchMonster states on its own site that a scenario can be built from a transcript, an uploaded document, or a real call recording in about two minutes. Ask any vendor whether the platform can also generate practice scenarios from uploaded sales decks, real call recordings, or a written brief.
Buyer realism
Start with what this category genuinely does well. AI roleplay tools give a rep a judgment-free space to practice, which is why reps run reps they would never run in front of a manager, and sales teams using AI roleplay consistently report better skill transfer from the practice call to the live call. The realism of the buyer is what decides how much of that transfer survives.
Do the bots simulate realistic buyer interactions from your market, or generic personas? An AI buyer that agrees with everything teaches nothing, and an AI buyer that invents objections nobody hears teaches the wrong thing. Kendo AI reviewers named both the loop problem and irrelevant objections. Push on real buyer archetypes and industry specific objections. If your reps sell to hospital CFOs, a generic “budget is tight” objection is not practice, it is theater.
Multi-stakeholder practice
Enterprise deals are decided by buying committees, not by one person on one call. Several platforms now sell practice against more than one AI stakeholder at a time. Second Nature publishes multi-persona avatar meetings for B2B and B2C, Yoodli publishes multi-persona roleplays for group presentations and buying committee pitches, and Outdoo AI states that reps can practice against up to three AI stakeholders in a single resumable scenario. Kendo AI’s public pages did not describe multi-stakeholder practice when we checked on September 16, 2026. If your average deal has four people in the room, ask every vendor to demo that specific scenario.
Objection handling that moves pipeline
Practicing objection handling through AI roleplay practice helps pipeline management, because most lost deals die on three or four objections you can name. Track which objections reps fail most often, then compare that list against the stage where deals stall in your CRM. When the two lists match, your program is aimed at the right target.
Custom scorecards and automated scoring
Look for custom AI scorecards, talk ratios, filler word tracking, and trend lines per rep. Basic scorecards that grade three generic criteria will not survive contact with your sales process. Automated scoring is only useful if a manager can act on it, so ask how the platform turns scores into a coaching queue. Kendo AI scores against your own methodology, which is a fair answer to that question.
Real call scoring and conversation intelligence
Practice scores measure rehearsal. Real call scoring measures the job. Kendo AI scores real calls and real call recordings, produces call summaries with sentiment, and routes each call to the right scorecard. Hyperbound and Outdoo AI also state that they connect roleplay practice to live call analysis. We do not offer live call scoring or conversation intelligence. If that is your top requirement, weight it heavily.
AI coaching after the call
AI coaching is only as good as what it does with real calls. The best programs use AI coaching to triage: score every call, flag the three real calls a manager should actually listen to, and hand the rep one specific fix. AI sales coaching that produces a dashboard nobody opens is not coaching. Ask each vendor to show you the manager’s weekly view, and ask how AI sales coaching connects to what reps practice the following week. That loop from real calls back into targeted practice is where AI coaching earns its seat cost.
CRM integration and sales enablement fit
Check CRM systems on the list and what actually syncs. Kendo AI’s integrations page lists HubSpot, Close CRM, and GoHighLevel. Notice what is not there. Salesforce did not appear on kendo.ai/integrations when we checked on September 25, 2026, even though competing vendors’ comparison pages claim it does. Hyperbound lists Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics on its own site. PitchMonster lists Salesforce and Gong. If you run Salesforce, confirm the current state directly with each vendor before you assume. Ask about LMS integration too, and whether completion data flows both ways. Second Nature states LMS support via SCORM or LTI, and Outdoo AI claims Docebo, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, SCORM, and xAPI. Feedback loops only work when the data lands somewhere a manager reads.
Video roleplay and AI avatars
Some platforms run avatar-based video roleplay with AI avatars so reps can work on face to face presence and non-verbal cues. That matters if your team sells face to face or on Zoom, where pitch delivery and body language carry the meeting. Second Nature publishes video avatar scenarios including a video avatar discovery call, and PitchMonster states it supports a face to face mode and a screen-share mode alongside phone. We do not offer avatar-based video roleplay, and Kendo AI’s public pages did not list one when we checked. If face to face video practice is a requirement, put it in the RFP and make every vendor answer it in writing.
Communication coaching versus sales specific depth
Some tools lean toward speech coaching, presentation coaching, and broader communication coaching. Yoodli is the clearest example, leading with speaking analytics like pacing, conciseness, and sentence starters. Others go deep on the deal motion. Communication coaching improves how a rep sounds. Sales specific depth improves what a rep says next. Neither is wrong, but they solve different problems, and most teams need the second one first. Decide which your team actually needs before the first demo, because a delivery coach will not fix a messaging problem.
Industry fit and regulated selling
Ask whether the platform has depth in your vertical. Teams selling into life sciences, medical devices, or financial services carry compliance rules that generic practice scenarios ignore. Reps in life sciences have to stay on label. Reps selling medical devices talk to buying committees, not individuals. If your market is regulated, ask for team analytics that prove certification rather than completion, and ask how the vendor handles audit trails. Some enablement suites also bundle content management and digital sales rooms. Mindtickle is the clearest example of that bundle. Digital sales rooms are a buyer-facing feature, not a practice feature, so do not let them pad a roleplay comparison.
Gamification and daily habit
Leaderboards, streaks, and completion tracking sound like fluff until you watch adoption. Gamified training drives daily deliberate practice, especially for SDR teams. Our profile makeover uses gamified completion tracking, and that is a large part of why adoption reaches up to 90% instead of dying after the kickoff email.
Enterprise teams, security, and global teams
SSO, permissions, and admin controls matter at enterprise scale. Kendo AI lists SSO on every tier and names encryption, MFA, and role-based permissions on its homepage. Its SOC 2 Type II was listed as in progress when we checked on September 25, 2026, so ask for the completion date and the report itself, not the badge. PitchMonster states SSO, GDPR, and EU data residency on its own pages. Global teams should also ask who owns the call recordings and under whose law, because customer data pulled from real customer conversations carries obligations that practice data does not.
Usage caps and what they cost you
This one gets missed in every evaluation. Metered plans price roleplay in minutes and call scoring in hours. The pricing section above lists each plan’s minutes and hours. Model your real volume before you sign. A team that practices hard can burn a monthly allotment in two weeks, and the plan you priced is not the plan you pay for.
How to Evaluate AI Sales Training and Roleplay Together
Use these criteria when you compare any AI role play platform.
Does it teach, or only score?
An AI role play tool measures what a rep already knows. AI training changes what they know. Structured learning paths, a real curriculum, and certification programs build skill. If your team has never been trained on a prospecting methodology, buying a scoring engine gives you a very precise measurement of the gap.
Does it fix what buyers check before they reply?
Roleplay practice lives inside your four walls. The buyer never sees it. The buyer sees the profile, the comment, the post, and the message. If none of those change, the practice scores are a private victory.
Rehearsal or reality?
This is where Kendo AI has a real edge. Practice scores tell you how a rep performs when they know they are being graded. Real calls tell you what happens with a buyer who is not cooperating. Kendo AI sells both in the same subscription. We sell the practice side and the training underneath it.
Run that comparison honestly. Count how many real calls your team makes in a month, then count how many real calls anyone actually listens to. For most sales teams the second number is under two percent. Conversation intelligence on real calls closes that review gap, and it does it at a scale no manager can match by hand. What it does not do is tell a rep what to say on the next one. That is what training does, and the two jobs are not interchangeable.
Does AI coaching continue after week one?
Most rollouts spike and then die. Ask every vendor what happens in month four. Our answer is monthly live community training, so a human continues to coach reps on new plays and current market conditions, not just a bot. Human led feedback still changes more behavior than a score.
Can it support multilingual and global teams?
Language coverage is not a nice-to-have if you sell into EMEA, LATAM, or APAC. A rep in Madrid practicing in English is not practicing their job. Our AI writing and engagement tools support 39 languages for LinkedIn content and 80+ languages for grammar and 40+ for rewriting. PitchMonster states 29 languages and dialects for roleplay with identical scoring criteria in every one. Kendo AI does not publish a language list, so ask for it in writing. Confirm it covers the feedback too, not just the interface.
Is pricing transparent?
Kendo AI publishes public pricing. We do not. Ours is custom, scoped to team size and program depth, and you get it in a conversation.
Public pricing is a genuine advantage, and it changes how a deal moves internally. A director who can point at public pricing can get budget approved without a vendor call. Custom pricing means a quote cycle. That is normal for enterprise sales training, and it is also a real friction point if transparent pricing is how your procurement team likes to work. Among the eight platforms in the roster above, Kendo AI is the one that puts per-seat numbers on a public page. PitchMonster states it is sales-led with no public pricing, and Mindtickle, Second Nature, Hyperbound, and Yoodli all route enterprise buyers through a quote. Know it going in and plan the calendar for it. If transparent pricing is a hard requirement rather than a preference, say so on the first call and save everybody a month.
What does good look like for your team?
Write down the winning behaviors you want to see on a live call before you look at a single demo. Most teams skip this and then grade vendors on features instead of outcomes. Name the opener you want, the qualification standard, the objection responses, and the close. Those winning behaviors become your scorecard. Without them you are buying someone else’s definition of good and hoping it matches your sales process.
How will you measure rep readiness?
Decide the metric before the pilot starts. Practice completion is an activity metric, not an outcome. Rep readiness is a judgment call unless you define it. Pick one outcome metric and one leading indicator, and set the read date before anyone signs.
Where Kendo AI Genuinely Wins
Comparison pages that claim the competitor is bad at everything are useless. Here is the honest read.
Transparent public pricing
Most vendors in this category make you book a demo to learn a number. Kendo AI puts $55 and $100 per seat per month on a public page with the included minutes and hours spelled out. If your finance team wants a budget before a sales call, that alone can decide the evaluation.
Real call scoring on live calls
Their AI Call Review scores real sales calls, not just rehearsals, and rolls results into rep performance profiles over time. That is a capability we do not sell. For a team that already has a trained, well-positioned sales force, it is the right next purchase.
A free entry point with no sales call
Their free tier lets you run the product before you talk to anyone. Low friction beats a good pitch deck when you are trying to get a pilot approved internally.
Dialer and recorder coverage through the Push API
Aircall, RingCentral, Dialpad, Zoom, Gong, Fathom, Fireflies, and a Push API that accepts recordings from almost any phone system. If your live calls live in a stack nobody integrates with, that API is a genuine unlock.
Speed to value for smaller teams
Prompt-based scenario creation and self-serve signup mean a 12-rep team can be practicing this afternoon. Smaller teams and mid market teams that do not have an enablement function will feel that immediately.
We would rather you buy the right thing than buy from us.
Which Kendo AI Alternative Fits Your Constraint
The right choice depends on what is actually broken.
Teams that want more roleplay practice reps
If your constraint is repetition, a dedicated AI sales roleplay tool is the efficient buy. More sales calls rehearsed per week, lower cost per rep, faster ramp time for new hires. Ramp time is the easiest win to measure, so start there.
Teams that want behavior to change on real calls
If reps sound great in practice and flat on live calls, you need a methodology and training effectiveness data, not a bigger scenario library. Pull ten real calls and score them against the same rubric you use in practice. When practice scores run 20 points above real calls, the gap is knowledge, not repetition. Have reps practice the specific moment where the real calls fall apart, and make sure they were taught what to do there first. That is the gap the learn, practice, engage, execute loop was built to close.
Teams that want buyers to answer in the first place
If your problem is that nobody picks up and nobody replies, roleplay is the wrong purchase order. Fix the profile, fix the message, fix the daily engagement habit. Then practice.
Enablement teams running a global rollout
Enterprise teams and revenue teams need adoption tracking, live sessions, and something reps will keep using after the launch email. Larger organizations often prefer a comprehensive training solution over a point tool for exactly this reason.
SMB teams and smaller teams
If you have fewer than ten sales reps and no enablement headcount, a self-serve tool with published pricing is a reasonable first move. Buy the roleplay. Just be honest that you are buying practice, not a sales process.
Other Kendo AI Competitors Teams Evaluate
Kendo AI publishes comparison pages against Hyperbound, Second Nature, PitchMonster, and Mindtickle, which tells you who they see across the table. Two more names, Yoodli and Outdoo AI, show up in roundups of Kendo AI alternatives. Descriptions below follow the same September 16, 2026 check. Verify anything that will decide your purchase.
Hyperbound
Hyperbound calls itself “the Revenue Activation Platform” and combines AI sales roleplay, real call analysis, and coaching agents. Its site names Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Gong, Chorus, Outreach, Salesloft, Seismic, Highspot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. It states that roleplays can be built from your sales methodology, historical deals, and top-performing reps, and it covers any ICP, AI scorecards for any sales methodology, and industry-specific objections. Hyperbound gets pulled into outbound SDR evaluations more than any other name here.
Second Nature
Second Nature describes itself as “AI role play sales training that turns practice into performance.” It is the name most enterprise buyers shortlist first. Its site shows discovery call, objection handling, and cold call scenarios, along with multi-persona avatar meetings for B2B and B2C, and it states LMS support via SCORM or LTI plus CRM, SAML, and conferencing integrations. Its FAQ names Salesforce and HubSpot as connected CRMs. If avatar-based video practice is on your requirement list, Second Nature is the clearest fit in this group.
PitchMonster
PitchMonster publishes the most specific language and mode claims in the category. Its own comparison page states 29 languages and dialects with identical scoring criteria in every one, three practice modes covering phone, face to face, and screen-share, scenario building from a transcript, an uploaded document, or a real call recording, and an AI Coach that opens a two-way debrief after any role-play. It names Salesforce, Gong, LMS integration, webhooks, 2FA, and SSO, and states it is sales-led with no public pricing. It sells on 12-month contracts, with 3- and 6-month options, and seats can be reassigned between reps.
Mindtickle
Mindtickle is the consolidation play. It positions itself as a revenue enablement platform rather than a roleplay tool, and its site names AI Sales Role Play alongside sales content management, coaching, digital sales rooms, conversation intelligence, a readiness index, deal guides, and an AI tutor. Revenue teams that want readiness, content, and AI role play under one contract shortlist it. Teams that only need practice will pay for a lot of surface area they never turn on.
Yoodli
Yoodli describes itself as an “Enterprise AI roleplay platform for sales enablement, partner training, and L&D.” It leads with speaking analytics covering pacing, conciseness, and sentence starters, and it offers multi-persona roleplays for group presentations, buying committee pitches, and interview panels. Yoodli is the strongest fit when the problem is delivery and executive presence rather than deal mechanics.
Outdoo AI
Outdoo AI connects roleplay practice with live-call scoring and coaching. Its own pages claim 120+ enterprise integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Gong, Clari, Docebo, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, SCORM, and xAPI, and state that reps can practice against up to three AI stakeholders in a single resumable scenario. Teams with a heavy LMS requirement tend to find it through that integration list.
A warning about all of the above. We found published claims on third-party comparison pages that did not match what the vendor’s own site said, including integration lists that named systems the vendor does not actually list. Competitor pricing and feature charts published by anyone other than the vendor are wrong more often than they are right, and we are not going to add to that pile. Check the source sites.

How to Run a Fair Pilot
Do this and the decision makes itself.
- Pick one team of 10 to 20 sales reps who are missing number.
- Write down the outcome metric and the baseline today. Meetings booked per rep per month works well.
- Run the same practice scenario on both platforms. Same AI buyer, same objection, same scorecard weighting.
- Set a read date 90 days out and a kill criterion in writing.
- Score 10 real calls per rep before and after, using the same rubric both times.
- Check the buyer-facing side too. Pull five rep LinkedIn profiles before and after.
- Model your real usage against the metered caps before you sign anything.
- Compare total cost for the full program, not just the seat price. A roleplay license plus a training vendor plus an engagement tool is three line items.
One real customer running the full FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise+ program saw 683% more closed-won deals, 3,579% attributable sales pipeline growth, and $15M+ in attributable sales pipeline in their first year. That is one customer’s first-year result, not a guarantee and not an average. Your own pilot numbers are the only ones that should decide this.

What is the best Kendo AI alternative?
FlyMSG AI Sales Roleplay and Coaching is the best Kendo AI alternative for most B2B sales teams. Reps get AI buyer personas, customizable scorecards, and instant coaching feedback inside the platform they already write and prospect from. In FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise or Enterprise+, it comes with seven more FlyMSG tools that cover LinkedIn visibility, profiles, and every message reps write, plus the sales prospecting training curriculum, the PVC methodology, and live training. If your constraint is rehearsal volume plus scoring of live calls and you want public pricing, Kendo AI is the efficient buy. Hyperbound is worth a look if a quote cycle is fine. If your constraint is that reps do not know what to say and buyers ignore them, roleplay tools alone will not move quota.
What are the main Kendo AI alternatives?
The main Kendo AI alternatives are FlyMSG AI Sales Roleplay and Coaching (inside FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise), Hyperbound, Second Nature, PitchMonster, Mindtickle, Yoodli, and Outdoo AI. FlyMSG is the only one on that list that delivers sales prospecting training, AI sales roleplay, LinkedIn profile transformation, and daily engagement tools as a single program.
What is FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise?
FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise and Enterprise+ are the FlyMSG programs for sales teams of 10 or more. They wrap the sales prospecting training curriculum and the PVC methodology around FlyMSG AI Sales Roleplay and Coaching, and include seven more FlyMSG tools: LinkedIn Comment Generator, LinkedIn Post Generator, LinkedIn Profile Makeover for Sales Teams, Auto Text Expander, AI Grammar Checker, Paragraph Rewrite, and AI Sentence Rewriter. Monthly live community training is included too. Enterprise+ adds a half-day sales prospecting training workshop or sales kickoff keynote each year of the term. Pricing is custom and scoped in a conversation.
Who makes FlyMSG?
Vengreso makes FlyMSG. Vengreso is a sales training and sales technology company that transitioned from digital sales training into a SaaS provider centered on FlyMSG, the all-in-one AI productivity and engagement platform. FlyMSG combines AI writing tools, LinkedIn engagement, and sales prospecting training in a single suite, and it is aimed primarily at B2B sales teams. Its training platform is called FlyLearning.
Which companies use Vengreso sales training?
Named Vengreso customers include Juniper Networks, Seismic, Qlik, Proofpoint, Heffernan Insurance Brokers, Miller Heiman Group, ValueSelling Associates, SalesIntel, CenturyLink, Ciena, Penn Mutual, and Synchrony Financial.
What is AI sales roleplay?
AI sales roleplay is software that simulates a buyer so a rep can rehearse a sales conversation and get scored on it. Reps practice cold calls, discovery calls, and objection handling against an AI persona that responds in real time. The platform grades the attempt against a scorecard and gives feedback on what to fix. The category’s real advantage is that it gives reps a judgment-free space to practice, and sales teams that use it report improved skill transfer to live calls.
What does FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise cost?
Custom, based on team size and program scope. Contact our team or review FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise for sales teams and we will scope it with you.
Does Kendo AI integrate with Salesforce?
Not according to their own integrations page. We checked kendo.ai/integrations on September 25, 2026, and the CRM systems listed were HubSpot, Close CRM, and GoHighLevel. Salesforce, Salesloft, and Outreach did not appear, even though some third-party comparison pages claim they do. Confirm directly with Kendo AI before you plan a Salesforce rollout around it.
What languages does Kendo AI support?
We could not find a published language list on kendo.ai when we checked on September 25, 2026. Ask Kendo AI for the list in writing, and confirm it covers scoring and feedback, not just the interface.
Does Kendo AI score real calls or only practice calls?
Both. Their AI Call Review module scores real calls pulled from dialers and meeting tools, and their AI Roleplay module scores practice sessions. Live call scoring on real calls is metered in hours per seat per plan, so check the cap against your monthly call volume.
Does AI roleplay give instant feedback?
Yes, and that is the core of the category. AI simulations deliver instant feedback on tone, pace, talk ratio, and how the rep handled each objection, then roll it into a coaching plan. AI feedback is most useful inside a structured sales training program, where it points back to something the rep was actually taught.
Can we build roleplays around our own sales methodology?
Ask every vendor to prove it in the demo. Kendo AI says sessions are scored against your custom methodology. Our own sales methodology is PVC, and the scorecards and feedback in FlyMSG AI Sales Roleplay and Coaching are customizable to yours. Confirm you can encode your own qualification framework and your own objection library, not just pick from a template list.
Does AI roleplay actually change rep behavior?
It changes behavior when it reinforces something the rep was taught. Deliberate practice with a framework builds a habit. Practice without one repeats whatever the rep was already doing wrong, just more fluently. That is why we put sales prospecting training in front of roleplay practice instead of selling practice on its own.
Does AI sales coaching replace manager coaching?
No. AI sales coaching buys managers time. Automated scoring handles the repetitive review so a manager spends their hour on the two reps who need it, not on listening to twenty recordings of real calls. Human manager coaching still changes more behavior than a score ever will.
How long does rollout take?
It depends on team size and how much of the program you turn on. The LinkedIn profile transformation runs as a single 90-minute webinar with tracked completion. On-demand courses start the day access is granted. Monthly live community training begins with the next scheduled session. We scope exact dates with you before anything is signed, so nobody is guessing at a timeline.
How do we measure whether it worked?
Pick one outcome metric and one leading indicator before you start. Outcome: meetings booked, actual pipeline created, or closed-won. Leading indicator: profile completion rate, weekly engagement activity, or roleplay sessions completed. Baseline both on day one. Read them on a fixed date. If the outcome metric did not move, the program did not work, whatever the practice scores say.
Can AI roleplay use our real deal data?
Ask every vendor this one. Simulations built from real call data, recorded customer conversations, and your own discovery notes rehearse the deals you are actually losing. Generic practice scenarios rehearse deals nobody is running.
Do we still need AI roleplay if we already run sales training?
Yes, and that is the point of the loop. Training without practice fades. Practice without training reinforces bad habits. Sales reps need both, plus a reason for buyers to answer.
What if our reps already have LinkedIn profiles?
Everyone has a profile. The question is whether it is written for a recruiter or for a buyer. Most sales profiles are career histories. A profile makeover rewrites it as a buyer-facing page, which matters because the profile is the first thing a prospect checks after your rep reaches out.
Is AI replacing sales reps?
No. AI is replacing the parts of the job reps hate: rewriting the same message, rehearsing alone, guessing at what to comment. The customer conversations are still yours. 69% of sellers say prospecting is the hardest part of the sales cycle, according to Vengreso research covering 1,295 B2B sales professionals. Tools make that easier. They do not make it optional.
Make the Call
If you need real call scoring on live conversations and public pricing you can take to finance this week, Kendo AI is the better buy and we will tell you that to your face.
If your reps are missing number because they were never trained, never taught how to get in front of a buyer, and have profiles that turn prospects away, a practice tool will measure the problem beautifully and fix none of it.
FlyMSG AI Sales Roleplay and Coaching fixes the practice gap. FlyMSG Business Pro Enterprise wraps the training and the methodology around it, and the engagement and writing tools handle everything the buyer actually sees.
