Carrie reveals what kinds of business results she is seeing and provides several great examples from brands such as Fruit of the Loom and Liberty Mutual. It’s about taking control of your content by bringing engagement back to your website. When companies invest in engaging content, people find a reason to go back to the brand’s website. There is both a social and sales benefit.
