Deloitte South Africa is on the social business journey like any other organization. David Graham and Jonathan Houston, both members of the digital marketing team at Deloitte South Africa shared their honest assessment of how they became a social business.

They have executive support, yet admit that not all members of the organization are on board. They don’t let that hold them back though. They carry on with those who eagerly contribute content to their blogs, connect and engage with their community.

They realize that to get measurable social business results, they need to be consistent and take a long term view. Through use of social technology tools such as Yammer, they collaborate with their 4,000 plus workforce.

David and Jonathan are very optimistic about the future adoption of social business at Deloitte South Africa. They, remain focused on producing great customer experiences using social through great content and employee engagement.
