An interesting podcast with Robert Racine, which covers the essentials of what Sales Enablement is, and the emerging key trends. This is an area that is constantly and quickly evolving. We have also seen from research conducted by our research arm that successful implementation of Sales Enablement is very much dependent on establishing a formal charter in this area, alignment between all of the departments it touches and ongoing coaching.
